Who we are
OHS ESSENTIAL LIMITED is registered in England and Wales under company number 17242849. Our registered office is Flat 2, Harold Mews, 39 Harold Road, Cliftonville, Margate, CT9 2HS, England. Privacy enquiries may be sent to Michelle@ohsessential.com.
Information we collect
- Information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, telephone number, order number and support message.
- Basket preferences and cookie choices stored on your device.
- If ecommerce checkout is enabled, billing, delivery and order information needed to process a purchase.
- Limited technical information required to secure and operate the website.
The current preview does not accept payment and does not load advertising or analytics trackers. This policy must be reviewed if those systems are enabled.
Why we use information and our lawful bases
- To respond to enquiries and take steps at your request before a contract — legitimate interests and pre-contract steps.
- To process, deliver and support an order — performance of a contract.
- To meet accounting, tax, product-safety and consumer-law duties — legal obligation.
- To improve and protect the website — legitimate interests, balanced against your rights.
- To send optional email marketing — consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
Payments and orders
When checkout is enabled, payments should be processed by the payment provider shown at checkout. OHS Essential should receive confirmation and limited transaction details, not full card numbers. Order information will be used to fulfil the contract, provide support, prevent fraud and keep legally required records.
Who information may be shared with
Information may be shared only as necessary with payment processors, ecommerce and hosting providers, couriers, email and customer-support services, professional advisers, fraud-prevention services, and analytics providers that have been activated with consent. Providers must use the information only for agreed purposes and protect it appropriately.
International transfers and retention
If a provider processes information outside the UK, appropriate safeguards should be used, such as UK adequacy regulations or approved contractual clauses. Information is kept only for as long as needed for the purpose collected, including legal, tax, dispute and fraud-prevention requirements. Support enquiries are reviewed and deleted or anonymised when no longer required.

- Ask for inaccurate or incomplete information to be corrected.
