How do I choose a rug size?
Measure the intended floor area and check clearance around doors, furniture and walkways. Compare your measurements with the exact product dimensions; room images are illustrative rather than to scale.
Why does my rug have creases after opening?
Some rugs are securely vacuum packed for transportation. After opening, allow the rug to lie flat and recover naturally. Temporary creases or compression marks should gradually reduce after unpacking. Contact support if you believe the product is genuinely faulty, damaged or not as described.
How should I care for my rug?
Follow the product-specific label and website instructions. Use the appropriate vacuum setting and test cleaning products in an inconspicuous area. Do not machine wash a rug unless the product page expressly says it is machine washable.
Are the colours exact?
We aim to present colours accurately, but lighting and screen settings can create differences. Product descriptions and approved colour names should be considered alongside images.
Where is my order?
When ordering is enabled, available tracking will be included in the dispatch email. Contact Michelle@ohsessential.com with your order number if the tracking has not updated or delivery is late.
How do I return an item?
Contact Michelle@ohsessential.com before returning anything. We will provide authorisation and the correct instructions. The registered office is not necessarily the returns address.
When will checkout open?
